How long do I have access?
You receive access until December 31 of your access year from the date of purchase.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. At checkout you can pay in full or split the cost into interest-free weekly instalments at 0% APR with Klarna or Afterpay. There is no extra cost to pay over time, and your access unlocks right away.
Can I buy a single section instead of the full bundle?
Yes. Each ExAC section is sold on its own, so you can start with the section you are writing next. The full bundle includes all four sections and works out cheaper than buying every section individually.
Can I attempt the exams multiple times?
Yes. You have unlimited attempts. You can retake exams as many times as you want during your access period.
Can I get a refund after registering?
Due to the digital nature of the product and instant access to the full question bank, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the Terms and Conditions before purchasing.
Can I log in on more than one device?
Yes, you can sign in on more than one device, for example your laptop and your phone, as long as you are the only one using the account. We monitor for unusual login activity, and accounts that appear to be shared between different people may be suspended without a refund.
